What are your rates?
Rates are determined by the job, not by the hour. The total cost for each cleaning session will be determined after the free initial consultation.
When can I schedule a cleaning?
We generally try to schedule your cleaning sessions during the day, usually anywhere between 9am to 4pm. However, this is not always possible. In such a case, we will do our best to accomodate your needs.
What if I need to cancel my cleaning appointment?
Life happens and we understand that events may occur when you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment. However, a cancellation fee may be applied to you if you notify the office within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
What methods can I use to pay?
Payments can be made by either leaving cash or cheque at the cleaning site, on the day of cleaning, before the scheduled cleaning time. E-Transfer payments can be arranged as well. You only need to pay by the job, however a lump sum payment may be considered depending on your circumstances.
How secure is my personal information with you?
Our staff is fully bonded and insured. Access to your home and/or business is only made by key, alarm code or garage door opener code. By request, we can notify you by calling or texting when we leave the premises.
How do you keep my place and yourselves safe during cleaning?
Your home telephones are not answered. Contact can be made with our cleaning staff by utilizing our cell phone number (705-627-3500).
Health/Illnesses
Prior notice must be given if a contagious illness or health issue is present in the home and/or business. To ensure that our staff is not subjected to illness/disease, that cleaning time can be rescheduled.
What if I have pets?
We love dogs and cats!! We are pet parents too, so we want to make sure your pets are taken care of during our cleaning session.
Inclement Weather
Every attempt will be made to complete our assignments during poor weather. However, if conditions develop that we believe are unsafe for our staff, notice will be given to you by calling or texting to arrange for an alternative time.
What locations do you clean in?
Barrie, Midhurst, Springwater, Minesing, Thornton, Innisfil and Alcona. If you do live outside of this geographical area, consideration may be given.
Billing & Pricing
